The Second Quarterly Member Meeting

The Second Quarterly Member Meeting of the NGOF this year was organized by Webinar/Online. The meeting was held on the full morning of the 13th May 2021 facilitated by The NGO Forum on Cambodia (NGOF) participated by 94 participants. The general objective of the meeting is to share information to member organizations and discuss solutions, to the emerging issues that arisen, to contribute to the development of Cambodia with the Royal Government following the National Development Plan 2019-2023 and the Framework for Sustainable Development in Cambodia 2016 - 2030. Launching of Study Reports on Cross Border Investment in Agriculture and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Compliance with Banking Sectors in Cambodia

On 28 April 2021, the NGO Forum on Cambodia organized a launching of two research study reports on 1) “Cross Border Investment in Agriculture & 2) Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Compliance with Banking Sectors in Cambodia”. These two reports are very interrelated on cross cutting issues especially on the impact to environment and society caused by the investments and development. Consultation Workshop on Draft Report – Cambodia’s Citizens Climate Budget Report 2018-2019

Phnom Penh, on February 23rd, 2021, the NGO Forum on Cambodia (NGOF) organized the Consultation Workshop on Cambodia’s Citizens Climate Budget at Hotel Cambodiana. The workshop was organized in collaboration between NGO Forum and UNDP regional under the support of the Government of Sweden. There were 33 participants (7 women) from relevant ministries, local NGO as a member of climate change working group and partners. Please be noticed that 22 other participants attended virtually.
