Consultancy Advertisement: Consultant to Develop Guide to Tax in Cambodia

The NGO Forum on Cambodia is a membership organization consisting of local and international NGOs. It exists to coordinate and equip members, networks of NGOs, and other civil society organizations to actively engage in policy dialogue, debate, and advocacy with and for poor and vulnerable people in Cambodia. The NGO Forum is seeking qualified Cambodian candidates for following positions:

Consultant to Develop Guide to Tax in Cambodia

Consultant will produce the study report both Khmer and English to guide ordinary citizen about tax in Cambodia. It aims to increase citizen’s understanding on Cambodia revenue system and the role of citizen in relation to tax payment, which contribute to government’s investment. 


  • Degree in law, economy, public policy, public administration or related subject
  • Professional qualification and in-depth knowledge in Cambodian taxation is desirable
  • Demonstrate understanding on Cambodian development framework
  • Demonstrate experience in report writing and analysis
  • Demonstrate good public relation background
  • Strong experience in the usage of computers and office software packages
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Khmer and English
  • Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
  • Ability to deliver result on time
